Sexual Integrity for Christian Men

Fight From
Victory.

Not another blocker. Not another shame-streak. A grace-centered war room — recovery tools, a trusted brother, and the Word — for the man who is done losing this fight alone.

“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus.”

The Problem

You're Fighting
Alone.

The blockers treat you like a suspect — surveillance, not freedom. The cage never changed your heart.
The streak apps make your worth a number — one that shatters the moment you fall, and buries you deeper.
So you white-knuckle it alone, in secret, ashamed. And willpower always runs out before the urge does.
You don't need more guilt. You need a weapon, a brother, and ground you're already standing on.
The freedom you long for and the fight you live — the gospel is what closes the gap.
The Answer

Lasting freedom isn't white-knuckled — it's rooted in identity. You stop fighting for a victory you have to earn and start fighting from the one already won at the cross.

How It Works

The Daily
Stand.

01
Name the Fight

Write your battle plan — your triggers, your escape routes, your weapons, and who you're fighting for. Stop fighting by feeling; start fighting on purpose.

02
Stand in the Moment

When temptation hits, open the Stand screen: an urge-surfing breath, your fighting verse, your reason why, and one tap to reach your brother. The wave passes — and you're still standing.

03
Confess and Rise

Stood? Give the glory to God. Fell? You're met with truth, not condemnation — confess, be cleansed, and get back in the fight. A just man falls seven times and rises again.

The Foundation

What You
Fight From.

Identity
Romans 8:1

“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus.”

Victory
Romans 6:14

“For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.”

Cleansing
1 John 1:9

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

Brotherhood
James 5:16

“Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed.”

The System

The Whole Armor,
In One Place.

The Stand Screen
The moment temptation hits: an urge-surfing breath, your fighting verse, your reason why, and one tap to reach your brother. The wave passes — and you're still standing.
Confession & Rise
Fall, and you're met with truth, not condemnation. Confess, be cleansed (1 John 1:9), and get back in the fight. No brutal reset that preaches your worth is a streak.
Your Brother
Name one trusted man. He sees what you choose to share. Not a warden — a brother bearing the burden with you. Confession in the light is how men get free.
The Battle Plan
Know your triggers, your escape routes, your weapons, and who you fight for — so you stop fighting by feeling and start fighting on purpose.
Patterns & Progress
A standing calendar and your HALT triggers, surfaced over time — so you can see the fight clearly and beat tomorrow what beat you today.
Fight the Scriptures
A pack of public-domain fighting verses, woven in — the Word as the weapon it actually is, ready the moment you need to draw it.
The Stand
THE URGE WILL PASS
BREATHE
Breathe in… and out
Ride the wave. It crests, then it falls.
“God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able…”

From the Founder
DM
Dennis Morris · Founder, The Four Stewardships

I built The Disciplined Fight because I watched good men — myself among them — try to white-knuckle their way out of a fight willpower was never going to win.

Every tool I found was either a blocker that treated me like a suspect, or a streak counter that made my worth a number — one that shattered the moment I fell. Neither was the gospel. Neither set anyone free.

I didn't need more surveillance or more shame. I needed to fight from an identity already secured at the cross — with a real weapon in my hand and one brother in the trench beside me.

This is not for the man who wants to feel clean. It is for the man ready to fight from victory.

Questions

Frequently
Asked.

No. Blockers fight your eyes; The Disciplined Fight fights your heart. It pairs real recovery tools — an in-the-moment Stand screen, trigger patterns, a battle plan — with a trusted brother and, above all, the gospel. Filters can sit alongside it, but they were never going to set you free.

You confess, you're reminded there is no condemnation in Christ, and you rise. There is no brutal 'back to zero' shaming here. A fall is logged honestly, forgiven completely, and turned into a pattern you can beat next time. 'A just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again.'

It's strongly encouraged but yours to control. You name one trusted brother and choose what he sees. Updates send from your own phone or email — nothing leaves your hands. Confession in the light is how men actually get free (James 5:16).

Your fight is between you, God, and the brother you choose. Your confessions and notes are yours alone, secured to your account. We will never sell or expose your data.

The core fight is free to start. A founding plan unlocks everything and supports the mission. The goal was never to profit off your shame — it's to put a real weapon in your hand.

Because willpower runs out and shame digs the hole deeper. Lasting freedom is rooted in identity — who you are in Christ — not in a streak counter. This app fights from that victory, not for it.

“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”

— James 4:7 (KJV)
