Privacy Policy

The Disciplined Fight is operated by The Four Stewardships LLC (Augusta, Georgia). “We,” “us,” and “our” mean The Four Stewardships LLC; “you” means the person using the app. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We built this product to serve you, not to profit from your struggle — and that conviction shapes how we handle your data.
1. What we collect
Information you provide: your email address when you create an account, and the content you choose to enter inside the app — daily check-ins, confessions, your battle plan, urges you log, and progress notes.
Payment information is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Collected automatically: basic technical data such as device type, browser, IP address, and which features you use, to operate and secure the app.
2. Consumer health data & your consent
The Disciplined Fight is a tool for sexual integrity and recovery. Because of that, some of what you choose to enter — your check-ins, confessions, urge logs, and progress — may relate to your mental or sexual health, and may qualify as “consumer health data” under laws such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut. We treat all of it as sensitive.
Your consent. By creating an account and choosing to use these features, you consent to our collecting and processing this information for the sole purpose of providing the app to you — saving your entries, syncing them across your devices, and showing you your own progress. We never sell this data, and we never share it with advertisers or for any marketing or advertising purpose — period. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account or emailing us, and we will delete your data.
3. How we use your information
Solely to operate the product — to save your check-ins and progress, sync your data across devices, process payments if you support the mission, and send you service communications (receipts, account notices). If you opt in, we may send occasional product updates; you can unsubscribe anytime.
4. Your data is yours
What you write in the war room is personal. It is owner-scoped at the database level so that only your account can read it, and it remains yours. You may request an export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. We do not sell or share for advertising
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing, and we do not use advertising trackers (such as Meta, TikTok, or Google pixels) that would associate you with this app.
6. Third parties we work with
Supabase — secure data storage. Stripe — payment processing. We share only what is necessary for them to provide their service, and they are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it (we do not sell or share, but you may still ask). Residents of US states with privacy laws — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Washington, and others — and individuals in the EU, UK, and Canada have these rights. To exercise any of them, email dennis@thefourstewardships.com and we will respond within the time your law requires.
8. International users (EU, UK, Canada)
If you use the app from outside the United States, your data is processed and stored in the US. Our legal bases for processing are your consent and the performance of our agreement with you. Data that reveals your religious beliefs, sexual life, or health is treated as a special category and is processed only with your explicit consent, given when you choose to use these features. You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to meet a legal obligation.
10. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including database row-level security that scopes your entries to your account alone. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, but we take every reasonable measure to protect your information.
11. Age
The Disciplined Fight is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will note the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
